"Let's Go"
Open a new 600x600 blank canvas and floodfill with white.
Copy and paste a paper from the kit. Open the Wsl_Mask78.
On the mask go to layers, new mask from image. From the drop-down menu, you
Will see your mask listed. Source luminance is checked, invert mask is unchecked.
Go to layers, load/save mask to alpha channel. Click save.
On the layer pallette on mask layer, right-click, merge group. Duplicate the mask layer.
On the original mask layer, go to adjust, gaussian blur of 25%, click ok.
Hide the white background and merge the two mask layers visible. Unhide
The white background. Add a very slight drop shadow to the merged mask layer.
With your deform tool, pull the merged mask layer out to fit the canvas.
Repeat the same step as above with a different paper from the kit. Only Do Not
Pull the mask out to fit the canvas. Hide your white background and merge the two
Mask layers visible. Unhide your white background.
Copy and paste one of the fireworks elements, resize it. Add a drop shadow, sharpen.
Layers duplicate and image mirror. Layers duplicate image flip and place
It to the bottom right side of canvas. You may have to pull it out a little bit.
Make sure the fireworks are under the merged mask layer.
Open element-58, resize it small. Mura Meister's Copies Plugin with these settings.
Encircle, Circle, Tile Mode, Behind.
1. Number=12
2. Shift Y and X=50.
3. Angle=0
4. Rotation=100
5. Phase= -25
6. Cycle=100
7. Color=Black.
8. Leave the rest of the settings as they are, click ok.
Image resize 110%. click ok. Add a drop shadow, sharpen if needed.
With the magic wand tool, click inside the frame we just made. Selections, modify
Expand by 6. Copy and paste paper of choice, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Move the paper layer below the frame layer.
Hightlight the frame layer, magic wand, click inside the frame, expand by 6
Copy and paste element 49, selections invert, hit delete, select none.
Add a drop shadow to the beads and sharpen if needed.
Highlight the frame layer again, Copy and paste your tube, position her inside the circle frame. selections invert, hit delete, select none. Add a drop shadow to the tube.
Move the tube under the frame layer but above the beads layer. Drop shadow the frame.
Open one of the beads circle elements, Resize it, but not too small as we want it to fit
On the frame layer nicely. Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.
Copy and paste a flower from the kit, resize it. Place it to the top left.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Open two more flowers from the kit.
Resize them and place them to the top right side. Duplicate, image flip.
See my tag as a reference for placement. Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.
Open two of the curly ribbons from the kit, resize them. Place them on top of the flowers.
See my tag as a reference. Angle them slightly. Add drop shadows to them.
Copy and paste one of the champange glasses, resize it. Place it to the bottom right.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed. Open two balloons, resize them.
Place them to the bottom right side, see my tag as a reference. Add a drop shadow.
Sharpen them if needed.
Open the two champagne bottles, resize them. Place them on the bottom middle.
Add a drop shadow to them and sharpen them if needed.
Open one of the hats from the kit, resize it. Place it to the bottom middle of canvas.
Add a drop shadow and sharpen if needed.
Open flowers of choice from the kit, resize them. Place them to the bottom left.
Add a drop shadow to them and sharpen them if needed.
Copy and paste your tube on top of all other layers. Add a drop shadow.
Place her to the left side of the canvas. Add your name. Add a drop shadow.
Add all artist copyright info and your watermark.
Save your tag as a .Png File.
"Animation"
Open the bubbles animation, select all. Back in Psp, On your tag, edit
Copy-merged, Paste your tag into As as a new animation. Duplicate your tag
As many frames as the bubbles animation. Edit, select all.
On the bubbles animation, edit select all, copy and paste it onto your tag and place the bubbles on top of the glasses making them look like they are bubbling out of them.
Frame properties set on 10. View animation.
If you are satisfied with the animation, save tag as a .Gif File.
